The Role – Behaviour Mentor

This Behaviour Mentor role requires working on a 1:1 basis with KS2 pupils who display challenging behaviour. This requires a resilient yet empathetic individual who can provide consistent support while maintaining clear boundaries. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a positive, encouraging environment that helps pupils develop better habits and make meaningful improvements in their behaviour. Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour.

The School – Behaviour Mentor

This welcoming school is based in Havering, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. It is a mixed-gender primary school with 304 pupils aged between 3 to 11 years old. The school is committed to delivering high-quality teaching to ensure every child achieves their full potential. There is a strong emphasis on pupil wellbeing, with staff dedicated to meeting individual needs and creating a nurturing environment where all children feel valued and supported. The school also supports pupils with SEN including ASD and ADHD. This school has been rated as good by Ofsted.
