What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor who:

Has experience supporting children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges or social, emotional, and mental health needs
Is committed to promoting positive behaviour and improving outcomes for students
Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills
Holds relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential) — your passion and commitment matter most

Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor

In this Bushey secondary school, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group behavioural support
Implement behaviour intervention strategies
Support students in managing emotions and developing coping strategies
Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and school leadership
Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
