• Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (Based on experience)

• Contract: Permanent, Term-time only

• Requirement: Experience in youth work, sports coaching, or the armed forces is often highly applicable.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Inclusion Support: Supervising students in the "Internal Reflection" room, ensuring they complete their academic work while reflecting on their choices.

• Classroom Integration: Accompanying specific students into lessons to act as a "buffer," providing subtle cues and support to keep them on task.

• Reporting: Maintaining detailed logs of student progress and behavioral incidents to identify trends and inform future interventions.

• Liaison: Working closely with the SENDCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare.
