We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly, high-performing primary school in Fulham. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils who require additional emotional or behavioural support, helping them to develop positive relationships, self-regulation skills, and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

Behaviour Mentor – Requirements

• Experience supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional needs


• Background working in a pastoral, mentoring, or inclusion-based role (school or youth setting)


• A calm, patient, and restorative approach to managing behaviour


• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships


• Resilient, empathetic, and proactive in responding to pupils’ needs


• Committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and equal opportunities for all learners
