Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK Leader within the building energy management systems (BEMS) sector.

Out of their energy management centre in Glasgow, they are looking to hire a customer support manager.

This represents a superb opportunity to join a leader within the BMS / BEMS sectors in a very key position.

The Role:

You will lead and manage a team of 6 customer support technicians delivering the required services to EMC Customers
Being first point of contact for customers nationally
Delegating jobs to team members
It will be your responsibility to plan and coordinate the customer support services and work programmes
Staff support, training and development
Holiday and sickness approval
Attend customer meetings at the clients request

Requirements:

We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills
It might be that you are coming from an account management or customer service level position
Excellent customer communication skills
Good IT Skills - Microsoft Excel
Leadership, supervisory or strong management skills
Any knowledge of BMS / BEMS / HVAC Systems would be an advantage

Salary:

£41,000 - £41,593
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and rising with service
7.5% Pension rising to 10% with service
