The company are a recognised specialist in intelligent building management systems. They're growing fast through new project wins and need a talented engineer to help support local authority properties across the central belt.

In this role, you'll carry out scheduled BEMS servicing across the central belt, focusing solely on BEMS systems in schools, offices, and leisure centres. You'll follow a planned maintenance roster and coordinate weekly with the service team.

This role suits a BMS Engineer wanting hands-on, field-based work-whether you're keen on on-the-job training and career progression into project management, technical or commercial paths, or prefer to focus on delivering excellent BEMS service day-to-day.

The Role:

• BEMS (Building Energy Management System) Engineer servicing across central belt
• Follow a pre-planned roster, coordinate workloads with the team
• £50K-£52K base + £500/month car allowance + bonuses
• Door-to-door pay, £225/week on-call (1 week in 5), overtime paid at enhanced rates
• OTE £65K+

The Candidate:

• Experienced BMS Engineer with an electrical background
• Full UK driving licence required
