We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Bench Joiner to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced craftsperson looking for long-term stability and the chance to work on a variety of bespoke joinery projects.

Key responsibilities

* Manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery from technical drawings

* Producing items such as doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry, fitted furniture and other timber products

* Operating a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

* Assembling, finishing and preparing joinery products to a high standard

* Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications

* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines

About you

* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Joiner in a workshop environment

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship

* Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A proactive and reliable approach to work
