This company plays a hands-on, craft-focused role in bringing bespoke kitchens and cabinetry to life. With a strong foundation in execution and craftsmanship, the team is passionate about bridging creative vision with technical precision.

In this hands-on role, you will be based in the Witney workshop, assembling and finishing top-tier furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures using a wide variety of high-end materials. You will bring a background in joinery, an eye for detail to help shape projects that push the limits of creativity and craftsmanship, work from detailed technical drawings, and undertake projects ranging from custom-built kitchen elements to dovetail drawers. If you are an individual who values traditional skills and modern innovation, this role will provide training and progression as the company expands.

This role would suit a Bench Joiner or similar with experience in woodworking, CNC operating and programming, wood machining, and bench joinery. You will be someone who thrives in a workshop environment, enjoys being a part of a team, and takes pride in producing work of the highest standard.
