The company's headquarters are located in Birmingham.Job DescriptionManage the benefits administration process for employeesServe as the primary point of contact for benefits-related queriesCoordinate with HR and Payroll departments to ensure accurate benefits deductionsOrganise and maintain benefits records and documentsAssist in the development and implementation of new benefits programsEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsParticipate in benefits-related training sessions and workshopsWork on special projects as neededThe Successful ApplicantA successful Benefits Admin should have:A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in HRIS and benefits databasesExcellent organisational skills and hands- on approachStrong knowledge of benefits administrationExceptional communication skills and ability to work in a teamWhat's on OfferA competitive daily salary within the range of £135 to £170 (inside IR35)3 months contractHybrid (2/3 days in Birmingham)A collaborative and inclusive company culture
