We're partnering with a purpose-driven organisation in Manchester to find a Benefits & Pensions Specialist to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to advisor on all things benefits and pensions, driving a strategic benefits philosophy that keeps the organisation competitive, reflects the diverse needs of employees, and stays close to market trends, including areas such as mental health and wellbeing.

You'll also lead on the management and compliance of DC and DB schemes - focusing on delivery and execution rather than deep technical work.

Building relationships will be key: you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, becoming a trusted voice across the business. This is an autonomous individual contributor role but highly collaborative, working alongside your People team colleagues as well as finance and procurement.
