Reporting to the Headof Reward & Transformation, the Benefits & Wellbeing Manager will leadthe design, implementation, and management of benefits and wellbeing programmesacross the UK. This is a strategic and operational role, responsible for drivingengagement, ensuring compliance and first-class employee experience.

As Benefits &Wellbeing Manager you will have a background in Employee Benefits, within acorporate setting. You will need an understanding of Global Mobility, theability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels, and have ananalytical mindset. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changebased environment.
