An award winning and growing law firm are looking to hire a Benefits Manager to work closely with the business to deliver the benefits offering.

About the Role

The role will entail:

• Manage and administer London benefit programmes
• Work with the Head of Benefits & Reward to design and implement the firm’s benefit strategy
• Propose new innovative benefit packages
• Support employees with benefit queires
• Liaise with third party providers
• Support with wellbeing
• Produce monthly reports
• Manage relationships with stakeholders

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of managing flexible benefits, salary sacrifice and platform renewals. Experience of Benefex is highly advantageous.
