This full-time, permanent role, based in the Kingswood area, requires a senior professional with a proven track record in proposition development and business transformation.
What you will be doing:
⢠Strategize and Lead: Take full ownership of the Bereavement Hub's transformation roadmap, aligning it with company-wide goals.
⢠Innovate and Enhance: Identify and implement improvements to the client experience, fostering a culture of continuous evolution.
⢠Influence and Collaborate: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the importance of your strategy.
