This is a genuinely exciting time to join the business. There's momentum behind data - a growing team, and a business-wide shift in how insights are being used. Reporting has historically lived in Excel or Word. Now? There's a roadmap for automation, smarter insights, and intuitive Power BI dashboards that empower everyone from financial advisors to paraplanners and marketers.

As the BI Analyst, you’ll work across the business, from the finance team to client services, paraplanners, and even marketing, delivering clear, impactful insights. You'll help evolve their Power BI suite (the “Insight Centre”), create best-practice dashboards, and bring curiosity to every conversation.

What do you need?

• Strong Power BI experience (and a real passion for doing it right)
• SQL skills (basic querying, understanding data structure and relationships)
• A good handle on data modelling – how things interact, how to apply the right measures
• An inquisitive mindset – asking “what are we actually trying to answer?” and challenging people at all levels (constructively!)
• Someone who’s collaborative and genuinely cares about culture

This isn’t just a data role, it’s a problem-solving one. It’s perfect for someone who's worked as a data analyst or BI analyst, loves spotting inefficiencies, and is eager to improve how a business operates.
