BI Analyst - £32,000 - Durham (Hybrid)

My client, a leader in their respective field are looking to add to their ranks with the acquisition of a new BI Analyst to join the team. As a vital member of the organisation, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to driving data-driven decisions.

This role would be based from the Spennymoor office, and would require some onsite working weekly (to be discussed during interview).

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex data sets and extract valuable insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools (Power BI)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
