BI Developer - London - Hybrid - £50k - £55k

My client are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join their expanding analytics and reporting function. This role requires an individual who is technically an expert in SQL, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory. This role also requires collaboration with stakeholders, cross-functional teams and clear and concise communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, development, and maintenance of scalable, efficient data models using SQL, Azure Data Factory and Power BI.
• Collaboration within the data team to understand requirements and design and build models that support business requirements
• Support the data team through data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to provide efficient data access solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data models, identifying and resolving any performance issues and proactively working on measures to maintain data availability and reliability.

What do I need to apply for the role

• Expert SQL, Power BI, and data modelling.
• Familiarity working in an Azure environment (ADF ideal).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Databricks or Python desirable (not essential at all).
