Bid and Content producer

My client a market leading architects practice with offices across the UK are now seeking an experienced Bid Writer & Content Producer to join their New Business team. This newly enhanced role—previously a coordinator—now offers greater scope and strategic impact, working alongside their Head of New Business and Bid Manager. You'll shape compelling bid responses and thought leadership content across sectors including workplace, education, commercial, healthcare, mixed-use residential, public realm and infrastructure. With over 250 team members (180 based in London), you'll engage cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and translate them into persuasive narratives. Strong writing skills (minimum three years in the built environment), graphic sensibility, and advanced proficiency in InDesign are essential, along with a flair for content creation using AI and digital tools.

They are a people-first team with a collaborative and dynamic culture. The role is London-focused, with flexibility to work from home two days a week.
