Job Description - Bid Finance Analyst

We're looking for an organised and numerically minded individual to join a busy Bid Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration or finance support experience who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities:
Support the preparation of financial bids and proposals.
Gather and collate information from different teams.
Analyse and update data using Excel (including Pivot Tables).
Review information for accuracy and completeness.
Manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Provide general administrative and financial support to the team.
Use SAP and other internal systems (training can be provided).We're looking for someone who:
Has strong administration or finance support experience.
Is confident working with numbers and large spreadsheets.
Has good Excel skills (Pivot Tables preferred).
Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Is able to prioritise a busy workload and adapt to changing priorities.
SAP experience is desirable but not essential.This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to be extended, offering flexible hybrid working and the chance to gain experience supporting high-value commercial projects
