Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire bid process, from strategy and preparation to submission and evaluation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, client-focused proposals.
• Research the market and assess competitors to refine strategies and maximise bid outcomes.
• Develop and maintain bid materials and templates to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Deliver high-quality submissions that meet deadlines and compliance requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in bid management for tech or professional services.
• Knowledge of the construction, data centre, or commercial property sectors.
• Expertise in IT services such as networks, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while staying up to date with industry trends and practices.
• Familiarity with bid lifecycle processes (RFPs, RFQs, tenders) and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled at risk evaluation and strategy development for effective bids.
