Bid Manager - Middle East (Architecture)

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join a prestigious Dubai-based architecture and design practice known for its successful delivery of luxury residential and hotel projects across the Middle East and Africa region.

This is a key role within their business development team, focusing on securing new high-profile projects across Dubai and the wider MEA region.

Our client is an award-winning international architectural and design practice, behind some of the most iconic luxury residential and hospitality projects in the Middle East. With a strong reputation for innovation, creativity, and quality, the firm continues to expand its portfolio across the region.

• Lead and manage the entire bid and proposal process from initial review to submission.
• Prepare high-quality, compelling bids tailored to client requirements and project goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, legal, finance) to gather information and develop compliant proposals.
• Analyse RFPs, project scopes, and specifications to craft strategic, competitive responses.
• Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies with clear value propositions.
• Ensure timely submission and alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain a comprehensive bid database with tracking of outcomes and lessons learned
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Support the delivery phase by coordinating teams, resources, and timelines post-bid win.

• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in bid management or project management within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors
• Strong network in Dubai’s property and development sector (e.g. hotel groups, real estate developers)
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines and deliver consistently high standards
• Understanding of project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder coordination

• Highly competitive salary: AED 200,000 - 300,000
