We’re looking for a talented, commercially-minded Bid Strategy and Content Lead to take charge of our end-to-end bid process, creating standout proposals that win new business.

Your Role as Bid Strategy and Content Lead:
Take ownership of the bid process from start to finish - from opportunity identification and strategy development to submission
Write and craft persuasive, engaging proposals that reflect our unique strengths and align with client needs
Work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to extract the right content and insights for each bid
Develop win themes and storyboarding strategies to differentiate us from the competition
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and ensure that bids are submitted on time, with the highest quality content
Track bid performance (win rates, margins, feedback) and continuously refine strategies for better outcomes
Provide feedback and lead post-bid reviews to improve future submissions

Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling, clear, and targeted content

A collaborative mindset, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes

Salary: Up to £55k DOE

Standard Hours: 9am – 5pm (Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours)
