Job Description - Bid Writer

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a skilled Bid Writer to join a dynamic and growing team based in Basingstoke!

As a Bid Writer, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality, persuasive proposals that help stand out to clients. You'll work closely with sales, technical experts, and account managers to produce clear and compelling bid responses.

Job Description

Write and edit tailored bid responses that clearly communicate company values.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and meet bid requirements.
Ensure proposals are compliant, well-structured, and aligned with client needs.
Support bid planning and help manage timelines and submission processes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in bid writing, proposal management, or business development roles, with a track record of successful wins
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work under tight deadlines.
