Are you a Bid Writer, Bid Coordinator or similar with experience in tendering, looking for a stable, office-based role within a growing business, offering an early finish on Fridays?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing property maintenance company providing a wide range of services to residential and commercial clients nationwide. The business covers everything from reactive repairs and planned maintenance to refurbishments, renovations and groundworks, supporting landlords, property managers and commercial organisations with their property needs.

In this role, you will manage the full tender process, from identifying opportunities and preparing submissions to reviewing pricing and monitoring outcomes. You will work closely with the teams to produce competitive bids, secure profitable contracts and develop new business opportunities.

This role would suit a Bid Writer, Bid Coordinator or similar with experience in property maintenance, construction or facilities management, looking for a stable, office-based position with an early finish on Fridays.
