Collaborate cross functionally with E-comm, creative, brand, product, analytics & trade teams to create best in class campaigns, driving both short-term sales & longer-term brand affinityOwn the relationship between activation & creative briefing teams, ensuring creative & messaging strategy aligns across channels & that insights are being shared back with the creative team in a timely & digestible formatBe the go-to Digital specialist voice for your owned regions within Sweaty Betty, presenting innovative ideas & solutions to senior stakeholders within the businessManage and develop a direct reportDrive innovation across every element of our Digital strategy through use of a robust test and learn approach, trialling new partners and collaboration across core internal business unitsProactively strive to find new approaches to reach new & existing customers, driving Sweaty Betty’s business forwardWhat we are looking for -Expert experience managing, executing, and delivering campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Video & DisplayExperience creating and implementing Paid Social & Paid Search strategies and in executing testing plans/roadmaps.Proven experience identifying and activating platform innovations through Alpha / Beta adoption (META and Google)Strong knowledge of managing performance led campaigns and a detailed understanding of marketing pixels.An analytical, data driven methodology to building strategy and mapping out clear KPIs for biddable success that align with business growth and CPA/CAC targets - thinking long-term, while also being able to react quickly to changes in trade and the digital landscape.Ability to present results and recommendations to multiple stakeholders clearly and concisely.Deep understanding of optimization levers and proven ability to use to maximize performance.Previous experience managing campaigns with large budgets and across multiple marketsExcellent attention to detail, both in campaign set up / QA’ing and reporting.Comprehensive understanding of, and experience working across, both commonplace and immerging social media, video, and display marketing channels.A strong team leader with the ability to drive, inspire and motivate a team by providing clear developmental goals, positivity, and a depth of biddable knowledge.Must Haves5+ years’ experience leading Paid Social & Paid Search campaigns for relevant ecommerce retail brands either in house or through an agency100% fluent within the META & Google platforms including, campaign structure, QA, reporting, analysis, feed & pixel technical set upExperience managing large budgets, line managing specialist teams and building bespoke regional first strategiesThe ExtrasGenerous clothing allowance60% off all Sweaty Betty merchandise25 days holiday, plus 8 flexible bank holidaysSample sales10 days work from anywhere policyCompany bonus schemeCycle to work schemeHealth Cash Plan benefit with Medicash available to all Sweaty Betty UK EmployeesEnhanced Family Leave policyDiscounts at the best Studio ClassesSB Flexible Working: we currently work flexibly between the office and homeOur D&I CommitmentOur mission is to empower all women.
