Bike Mechanic | Portsmouth | £12.00 - £14.00 per hour + Bonus

Are you a skilled Bike Mechanic or Cycle Technician? Join a busy workshop in Portsmouth where you'll help customers get the most from their bikes every day.

About the role:

• Repair, service & maintain bikes and some sporting goods

• Diagnose faults & recommend fixes

• Deliver top customer service in a fast-paced workshop

• Help reduce waste by repairing & recycling

You'll be:

• Handling mechanical & electrical bike repairs

• Managing stock & workshop organisation

• Using IT systems for repairs & records

• Learning new skills & helping the team

What we want from you:

• Passion for bikes, cycling or sport

• Experience with bike servicing (Cytech Level 2 or similar is a plus)

• Good communication & customer service skills

• Problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable with IT systems

• Interest in sustainability & making a difference
