Bilingual (German/English) Customer Success Executive
Location: Huntingdon – Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £25,000 per year + OTE opportunities
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts

Are you fluent in both German and English? Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while driving retention and growth? Our Huntingdon based client is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their dynamic and collaborative team!

This role focuses on managing and expanding their existing client base in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll be the key link between their customers and internal teams, helping to maintain high service standards and uncover new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally in German via email and phone with clients.
• Manage and grow accounts within the DACH region.
• Provide tailored quotes and negotiate to close sales.
• Meet and exceed quarterly retention and upsell targets.
• Update customer records in the CRM system with accuracy.
• Rebuild relationships with previous clients to recover business.
• Collaborate closely with the wider Customer Service team.
• Support during peak sales seasons and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency in German and English (written and verbal) – Essential
• Customer-focused with a strong desire to close sales.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Resilient, adaptable, and thrives under pressure.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• PC literate with CRM familiarity.
