  • Produce reporting and insights that support informed decision -making.
  • Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and support the adoption of digital and AI -enabled solutions.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a billing, finance administration, revenue, accounts receivable, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, billing cycles, reconciliations, and exception management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem -solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Data validation and conditional formatting.
  • Complex reconciliations across multiple datasets.
  • Data cleansing and manipulation.
  • Reporting and trend analysis.
  • Large spreadsheets with high volumes of financial or operational data.

You'll be someone who can quickly identify discrepancies, validate billing information, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Desirable Experience
