Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our Electrical Testing team in Castleford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has strong data handling skills, and is keen to contribute to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely customer invoicing with appropriate supporting documentation.


• Upload invoices to third-party portals in line with client-specific requirements.


• Request and follow up on purchase orders based on completed testing reports.


• Run weekly alpha code reports and liaise with credit control.


• Provide general administrative support to the billing team as needed.


• Monitor shared mailboxes daily to ensure prompt responses and task completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Invoicing experience preferred but not essential.


• GCSEs in English and Maths.


• Strong data analysis skills using Excel and other business systems.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.


• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a professional approach.


• A team player who enjoys building positive relationships and working collaboratively.
