Billing Analyst

Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading Law firm that is recruiting for a Billing Analyst. They are looking for an experienced professional with billing and e-billing to work in the billing team.

The ideal Billing Analyst will be responsible for:

• Provide billing and eBilling support across multiple international offices.
• Draft, edit, and issue bills promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with VAT and SRA rules.
• Respond to and resolve billing and e-billing queries promptly, escalating issues as needed.
• Support Partners and fee earners with billing and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate client and matter data, and support reporting and working capital initiatives.
• Assist with pricing and matter rate management, and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.

The ideal Billing Analyst will have:

• Billing and e-billing experience, required - essential
• Knowledge of electronic billing sites is preferred
• Prior experience working in a professional services or law firm setting is preferred
