Your work will focus on reconciling rechargeable client expenses, so you will need excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Duties will include:
Process incoming payments and update accounting records.
Review financial statements and billing data for errors.
Track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Maintain organized billing and accounts receivable records.
Prepare reports on billing activity and payment status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
In medical or insurance settings, monitor insurance claims and appeal denials.
