Job Title: Billing & Collections Analyst (Legal PA / Legal Secretary Experience)

Location: Paris

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Requirements:

French speaking Billing & Collections Analyst to provide support to the Paris and Brussels offices, ensuring the smooth running of the billing and collections processes along with liaising and supporting with the business partners.

The role

Key Points:

* Managing monthly billing/collection cycle

* Aging targets

* Lock-up period reduction goals

* Managing and monitoring all phases of the inventory cycle

* Process write-offs/time transfers as per Firm policy

* Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.

*Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problem solving.

* Create and distribute monthly billing reports.

* Working closely with partners an Accounts Manager to deliver results.

* Inputting of vendor invoices into Chrome River
