Billing Assistant

We are exclusively working for an interesting, growing business based in Birmingham City Centre and looking for a Billing Assistant that is comfortable with credit control tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable business and a good work life balance- with only one day working from the office!

Ideally you will

• Have experience in a billing role and enjoy chasing debt over the phone for circa 200- 300 live accounts
• Be able to work independently, use initiative and organise your own workload
• Want a role that you can make your own
• Enjoy customer account reconciliation and investigating discrepancies
