Description

Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconcile billing data with internal records to ensure consistency.
Address and resolve billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date billing records and documentation.
Respond to queries related to invoices and payment processing.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to support month-end processes.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and billing procedures.
Provide administrative support to the accountancy department as needed.Profile

A successful Billing Assistant should have experience in the above and be on short notice.

Job Offer

Hourly rate of £14.00 to £15.00, dependent on the level of experience.
