The Role

We're looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly across our business, supporting customers and colleagues while contributing to the continued success of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing, reviewing and issuing customer invoices in line with contract terms and billing schedules.


• Validating billing data and ensuring accuracy of charges and supporting documentation.


• Investigating and resolving billing queries and disputes professionally and efficiently.


• Producing billing and receivables reports to support management decisions.


• Supporting accounts receivable activities and wider finance processes.


• Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance processes.


• Any other ad-hoc billing related tasks.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong Excel skills


• Experience using Microsoft Office applications


• Experience working with customer invoicing and billing processes


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Ability to manage and resolve billing-related queries and disputes


• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working within a finance or accounts environment


• Working with multiple systems and processes.

Qualifications
Working towards either:

• Business Administration (Level 2 or Level 3)


• AAT qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)

Is desirable for this position.
