The Role - Billing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Billing Manager to join TLTP Education. We have opportunities across Primary, Secondary and SEN. The successful applicants will take the lead in building and maintaining strong client relationships, placing high-quality candidates into education settings across London and the Home Counties, and the day-to-day management of an already established team. You will be expected to hit the ground running with a warm desk and existing client base, while also developing new business opportunities. This role includes mentoring consultants and driving team performance alongside your personal billings.

To be successful in this Billing Manager position, you’ll need a strong track record in education recruitment and an ambition to be a market leader. Leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous but not essential. You must be results-driven, confident, and passionate about education.
