A Billing Specialist position has opened up in the finance department of a prestigious law firm in central London. This role requires strong billing experience, specifically within IP ideally including experience within trademarks and patents.

This London-based law firm is well established and continuing to grow. Following a recent acquisition, the team are looking for a Billing Specialist to support the new teams.

Description

• Prepare, review and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain and update client billing information in the company database
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing
• Conduct regular audits to ensure billing accuracy
• Assist in the development and implementation of new billing systems and processes
• Prepare billing reports and present them to management
• Participate in the month-end close process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to billing

Profile

A successful Billing Specialist should have:

• Strong experience in billing and e-billing
• IP experience is required, ideally within trademarks and patents
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in finance-related software
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Offer

• Looking for £45,000 to £50,000 salary
