Job Description - Billings Administrator

Billing Administrator

Location: Stamford Hill, London
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Billing Administrator to join a busy telecoms company based in Stamford Hill. The role supports the wider billing team to ensure accurate processing, customer service, and smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to the billing team.
  • Maintain accurate customer and billing records.
  • Handle billing-related queries by phone, email, and post.
  • Assist with payments, account balances, and new account setup.
  • Ensure billing processes are compliant and efficient.
  • Support packaging, shipping, and general office tasks.
  • Escalate issues as needed.
  • Take on other administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and telephone skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Organised, proactive, and a good team player.
  • Previous office or billing experience preferred.
