BIM Coordinator

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a leading water contractor, on a permanent staff basis. You will be working on a range of clean and wastewater projects, whilst working in a hybrid arrangement from our client’s office in Peterborough.

-Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop 3D models and drawings using BIM tools (Plant3D, Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks, Recap) in compliance with local and national standards.

-Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams and across the Alliance to ensure coordinated, efficient project delivery.

-Contribute to the pre-construction Health and Safety Plan, including preparation and updates of risk assessments.

-Deliver technically accurate work within agreed timescales and budgets.

-Participate in design, progress, and construction reviews, responding constructively to feedback and challenges.

-Research, propose, and implement innovative processes to enhance productivity and output.

What we are looking for:

-Engineering diploma, degree, or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering.

-Skilled in Plant3D, Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks, and/or Recap.

-Able to create and understand detailed engineering drawings and specs.

-Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, PAS 1192).

-Strong communication skills.

-Passion for solving design problems with technology.
