BIM Lead

BIM Lead - Contract Opportunity - Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM delivery, compliance and digital information management across a range of projects.

Working closely with clients, project teams and key stakeholders, you will ensure BIM deliverables are coordinated, compliant and delivered to a high standard in line with BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BIM compliance, assurance and quality control across projects.
Manage asset information, CDE processes and digital handover.
Oversee model audits, coordination and overall model performance.
Manage Revit and IFC models, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.
Manage model publishing and information exchanges through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Provide advanced Revit support, including troubleshooting and family creation.
Review BEPs and project BIM requirements.
Provide BIM and Revit guidance, support and mentoring to project teams.
Work closely with clients, BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure effective BIM delivery.
Identify and implement improvements to BIM standards, workflows and digital processes.Essential Experience

We are looking for a proactive BIM professional with:

Proven experience in BIM management within the construction industry.
Advanced Autodesk Revit skills.
Strong experience in BIM assurance, model auditing and quality control.
Experience managing asset information and working within CDE environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
Experience leading, supporting or mentoring BIM teams.
Good knowledge of COBie and IFC standards.
Hands-on experience with ACC/BIM 360 and AutoCAD.
Own Revit licence.The Opportunity
