The successful candidate would be required to take ownership of the BIM modelling and coordination workflows and standards for the London office. The candidate would be expected to have a hands-on approach to solving BIM-related production and quality items which may arise while focusing on continued improvement of the in-house BIM standards. The candidate would be required to lead and actively contribute to project delivery and coordination on multiple projects.SkillsExperience using design software: Autodesk Revit and AutoCADDemonstrated experience with leading a team of coordinatorsTake ownership of in-house multi-disciplinary templates and drive improvement and quality of standards.Experienced in leading and taking part in the coordination of large complex and technically challenging projects.The ability to communicate effectively with coordinators from other disciplines leadsFamiliar with BIM standards BS1192 / BS EN ISO 19650Familiar with BIM documentation, such as Exchange Information Requirements, BIM Execution Plans, Master Information Delivery PlansSoftware ExperienceAutodesk RevitAutoCADNavisworks ManageBIM 360 / Construction CloudMicrosoft SuiteInterpersonal SkillsExperienced Team managementComfortable leading coordination experienceTake ownership of own scope of work and self-driverExcellent communicator
