Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 - £54,000 + Benefits
Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home

We are currently seeking experienced BIM Modellers to join a growing digital engineering team supporting a major infrastructure project in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for BIM professionals with strong MEP services experience and a passion for digital delivery, 3D modelling and collaborative engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed 3D models for complex MEP systems.
Produce coordinated models and drawings using Bentley software.
Support multidisciplinary design teams throughout project delivery.
Participate in model reviews, clash detection and design coordination meetings.
Contribute to BIM standards, procedures and best practice initiatives.
Work closely with engineers, designers and BIM leads to ensure accurate and timely model delivery.
Support digital engineering initiatives and emerging technologies across the project.

Requirements

Essential

Proven experience as a BIM Modeller within the Building Services / MEP sector.
Strong 3D modelling capabilities on major infrastructure or building projects.
Proficiency with the Bentley toolset, including:
OpenBuildings Designer (OBD)
MicroStation
Experience modelling complex MEP systems.
Good understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination and information management.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams.

Desirable

Experience with Raceway modelling.
Exposure to Bentley iTwin / Digital Twin environments.
Previous experience working on rail, transport, infrastructure or other large-scale engineering projects.
Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and common data environments.
