Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BIM Modeller / RC Detailer to join a collaborative and experienced team in Belfast.You will play a key role in the production of detailed structural models, reinforced concrete drawings and coordinated BIM deliverables for a range of projects.
Working closely with structural engineers, architects and contractors, you will help ensure the successful delivery of projects from design through to construction.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing high-quality reinforced concrete detailing drawings and schedules.
Developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models.
Preparing general arrangement drawings and construction details.
Coordinating structural models with multidisciplinary project teams.
Supporting BIM delivery in line with project and industry standards.
Assisting with clash detection, model reviews and design coordination.
Contributing to the successful delivery of projects across residential, commercial, education, healthcare and industrial sectors.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience as a BIM Modeller, RC Detailer, Structural Technician or similar.
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience producing reinforced concrete detailing and reinforcement schedules.
Understanding of BIM workflows and collaborative design processes.
Ability to interpret structural drawings, specifications and engineering details.
Experience using Tekla Structures or similar detailing software would be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
