BIM / Revit MEP Coordinator

Our clients are specialist providers of BIM/MEP services to the construction industry. They have years of experience in delivering high class MEP services to their clients on a variety of projects and they can offer long term stability, excellent working hours and the opportunity to work on a great range of projects utilising the latest BIM software technologies.

Position:

We are currently looking for BIM/Revit MEP Coordinators of all levels to work on a long-term contract positions based in our clients Greater Manchester offices.

You will be experience in Revit MEP Coordination within the Construction and Building Services industry and will join a strong team working on a number of prestigious construction projects.

Our clients can offer long term work security 6-12 months +, working on leading projects with the potential to work long hours should you wish and flexible working hours to suit.

Specific Responsibilities / Skills and experience required:

·Candidates must have previous experience in 3D M&E Coordination.

·Good experience working on large D&B construction projects.

·Significant previous experience in 3D M&E CAD Coordination

·Good experience and working knowledge of Revit MEP

·Project setup and family creation would be a massive benefit

·A passion for BIM and the industry

·Ability to work and comply to company standards

·Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines

·IT Literate – good general IT Skills

·Ability to work unsupervised and to also be able to work in a team

·Good communication skills

We are looking to start candidates ASAP and interview will be held over the next week.

Rates from £30.00 – £36.00 per hour (depending on experience)
