MEP BIM PROFESSIONALS - NEW OPPORTUNITIES | BRISTOL, MANCHESTER & LEEDS

I'm working with a market-leading building services engineering contractor who is looking to strengthen its BIM and Digital Engineering capability across several locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business delivering complex building services projects, with a strong focus on technical design, installation, coordination and offsite manufacturing.

I'm particularly keen to speak with professionals who have experience in:

🔹 MEP / Building Services BIM Coordination
🔹 Revit MEP modelling and technical design
🔹 Stage 4 design and detailed coordination
🔹 Mechanical and Electrical installations
🔹 Ductwork, pipework, cable containment and plant coordination
🔹 Prefabrication and offsite manufacturing
🔹 Navisworks, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
🔹 Producing coordinated models and fabrication-ready drawings

Who would be a good fit?

People who understand that BIM isn't just about producing a model, but how that model translates into real-world installation, coordination and manufacture.

I'm interested in hearing from BIM Coordinators, BIM Technicians, MEP Modellers and experienced Building Services professionals.

📍 Locations: Bristol, Manchester and Leeds

Permanent and contract opportunities may be available.

If you're considering a move, or simply curious about what's happening in the market, I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation.

Equally, if you know someone who might be a good fit, please feel free to pass this on
