Bin & Stillage Repairs Supervisor

At Mr Apple, we’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our team as a Bin Repairs Supervisor.

This fixed-term role runs until the end of August 2026, with the potential to become permanent for the right person. Working day shift hours, 6 days a week, you’ll lead a small team responsible for repairing bins that are crucial for protecting fruit and preventing damage.

What you'll be doing:

As a Bin Repairs Supervisor, you’ll work closely with your team to keep repair workflows running smoothly. Your role is a mix of on-the-tools work and leadership, including:

  Inspecting bins and stillages, identifying and disposing of those not meeting standards

  Repairing and quality-checking bins using appropriate timber and materials

  
  


• 
  

  Manage waste disposal and keeping your work area clean

  
  


• 
  

  Ordering materials, audit repairs, and handle team admin like timesheets

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining strong health and safety practices across the team
