Bindery Operator - ALL shifts

Allegra Marketing Print Mail in Plymouth, Michigan, is a full-service commercial printer serving local, regional and national clients. We are looking for a Bindery Operator for our 1st (6am - 2:30 pm) and 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) to join our growing team and embraces our core values: passion for success, teamwork, respect, and integrity! If you thrive in a fast-paced production environment, have a keen attention to detail and familiarity with printing, bindery/finishing (folders, cutters, booklet maker, mailing equipment and more) or are eager to learn, this position may be right for you.

JOB DUTIES:

Training will be provided but familiarity with some of the following equipment a plus:

• MBO pile feed folders
• MBO / Stahl continuous feed folders
• Muller Martini saddle stitcher
• Polar cutters
• Heidelberg cylinder die cutters
• Dick Moll folder gluer
• Laminator
• Punching and coiling
• Conduct simple repairs to keep machines running
• Conduct maintenance to increase machine life

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial Bindery experience preferred.  However, we do provide on the job training.
