Whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced Biology Teacher, this role offers the chance to inspire students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with the possibility to teach KS5 Biology depending on your experience.

The Role – Biology Teacher

As a Biology Teacher, you will teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4, and if you have the experience, the opportunity to teach KS5 Biology. You will work collaboratively with a team of passionate science teachers to create engaging and innovative lessons that challenge and inspire students, fostering a love for the subject.

The role will include planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the broader school community through extracurricular activities and professional development.

The Ideal Candidate – Biology Teacher

We are looking for a Biology Teacher who:

• Holds QTS and a relevant degree in Biology or a related subject

• Has experience teaching Biology at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 teaching experience is desirable but not essential)

• Has a passion for teaching Biology and inspiring students

• Is committed to high academic standards and student progress

• Works effectively as part of a collaborative team of Biology Teachers

• Demonstrates strong communication skills and a proactive approach to professional development

• Is eager to contribute to extracurricular activities and engage with the wider school community
