Biotechnologist

Talentmark are recruiting for a Biotechnologist on behalf of a global Life Science Company.

This role will be based at their site in Berkshire and is a permanent role, working 12-hour night shifts, from 6pm to 6am.

Salary
Competitive salary, plus shift premium.

The Role
Supporting the Manufacturing team, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities:

You will work in a clean room environment, performing production activities with precision.
Operate machinery and monitor systems.
Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Support with quality procedures such as change controls, deviations, validation, SOPs and complete precise batch documentation.
Ensure products are manufactured to schedule.
Essential Skills:

Previous Manufacturing / Production experience is preferred, specifically in a GMP environment.
Happy to wear full protective equipment daily, and follow important hygiene protocols.
Accurate time management and record keeping.
Great communication skills.
Ideally A level qualified in Science, BSc in Biotechnology or related field would be desirable.
