What you’ll be doing
We are now seeking a leader who can help shape the next stage of our strategic transformation. This role offers the opportunity to influence high‑value initiatives that improve our organisation and enhance customer experience, ensuring we fulfil our regulatory obligations and maximise the value of future business opportunities. The successful candidate will lead key projects from concept through delivery, drawing upon subject matter experts across the business to identify improvements, design effective solutions and guide the people side of change. You will work closely with stakeholders at every level—including Directors—to ensure initiatives are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who brings experience in driving change within complex environments and who can operate with agility in fast‑moving situations. You will champion continuous improvement, strengthen collaboration across teams and help establish performance measures that demonstrate tangible success. A strategic mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to see the bigger picture are essential, as is the confidence to influence areas beyond your immediate comfort zone. Experience with methodologies such as Prosci, Lean Six Sigma or Agile is valuable, and the ability to model integrity, inclusiveness and a positive mindset will be key to thriving in this role.
