Black Hat Supervisor

BCS are working with a national main contractor in the construction industry that specialise in Landscape work.

BCS are currently looking for a black hat supervisor from a landscaping background to assist in the supervision and running of a prestigious construction site project.

Main duties:

* Provide clear and consistent direction to operatives, ensuring all tasks are understood and executed safely and correctly.

* Oversee site activities, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain workflow and safety standards.

* Conduct briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure all team members understand daily tasks and expectations.

* Monitor team performance and ensure continual adherence to procedures and regulations.

* Maintain clear alignment of interests and avoid situations where they represent or support conflicting parties or objectives.

Must haves:

* SMSTS

* CSCS Black Card

* Previous Landscaping experience

* at least 5 years of site experience and a minimum of 3 as a Supervisor

Payment will be direct PAYE or CIS self employed with no umbrella companies involved.

BSC has been supplying local sites and companies with local trades and labour for the past 20 years.
